24 hr Bboy Circle
Canada is about to hold one of the illest Guinness World Records: Longest Breakdance Circle
Canada is home to some of the top bboys/bgirls in the world. It is no wonder that Toronto has been the city of choice to host this epic feat, with its very healthy bboy scene. On the regular you can find bboys getting down, whether it be at the weekly hip hop joints, in a community centre, or on a street corner.
On March 23rd-24th, some of Toronto's bboy family unit will be flexing their skill (and endurance) in a circle that will last 25 hours. If all goes as planned this will set a new Guinness World Record for Longest Breakdance Circle.
This is not all about showing the world Toronto can outlast any dance worldwide...its also about raising money for Cancer Research. All proceeds from this initiative will be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society.
